We understand that when you make an order, you want your item as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We operate our distribution center, in California. Additionally, we work closely with our Suppliers in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.
Items will have availability status shown once on the product page. Most products will be marked “In Stock “. These products will ship within 5 Business days or the next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.
While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Some items will be marked “Available 4-5 business days lead time prior to shipment”. These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped China Post,Epacket however we do utilize USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac as well.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping. Most shipments are sent out within 1 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise inside the listing.
Standard handling time is 3-5 days.
Transit time is dependent on the carrier service and cannot be guaranteed by us, sellers are not responsible for services transit time and the information provided is by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
International ShippingAll our International packages are shipped via EMS, TNT, DHL or other shipping companies. We offer 3 shipping methods:
- Economy Shipping (takes up to 4-6 business weeks)
- Standard Shipping (takes up to 3-4 business weeks)
- Priority Shipping (takes up to 12 business days)
Canada: Between 20 – 30 days average
Europe: Between 20 – 40 days average
Australia: Between 20 – 40 days average
All Others: Between 30 – 60 days average
Delays can happen, but the delivery times above are the norm.
In this period the handling time it is not included.
We offer Economy shipping as Free Shipping.
Each order has Tracking Number included. Doesn’t matter what Shipping Method do you choose.
The shipping and delivery charges are calculated by the item/weight/country shipped to, to calculate the shipping costs please press on the Shipping Options tab in the listing and enter the Quantity/Country you desire.
Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying for more information please check our International Shipping Page.
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
Backorders Aiebaobabycarriers does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
Damaged GoodsIf an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Aiebaobabycarriers Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Aiebaobabycarriers will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
